EURO-CEFG is organising, together with the Centre for European Economic Law and Governance (Universities of Wrocław and Warsaw), a joint conference on ‘EU Financial Markets: East Meets West’ on 16-17 November 2018 in Warsaw, Poland. As part of the conference, the Young Researcher Group of the European Banking Institute will co-organise with both centres a young scholars seminar on ‘Bridging the gaps in EU financial regulation’. The seminar will take stock of EU financial sector reform, in order to identify its general principles and underlying structures, as well as any tensions or conflicting trends. Particular emphasis will be placed on methodological approaches to financial regulation research. It is open for PhD candidates and postdoctoral researchers in law, economics and related disciplines.
Should you be interested in participating in the seminar, please read the call for papers for further information.
